The questions we get most, answered before you ask.
The whole festival happens inside the Antwerp festival quarter: the docks for the runs, the old warehouses for talks and workshops, and the harbour halls for the nights. Everything is within walking or cycling distance.
The festival quarter opens at 07:00 for the morning runs and the last night sessions end at 04:00. The info hub at the docks is staffed from 08:00 until 23:00 every day.
All indoor venues are step-free and every night has a quiet zone. Tell us about your needs through the form below and we will arrange support in advance.
Refill bottles are welcome and there are free water points everywhere. Guarded bike parking sits next to every entrance. Dogs are allowed in the outdoor zones only, not in the halls or on race courses.
No. Every session in the schedule sells separately, and a Day, Week or Full Access pass covers multiple days. From about four sessions onwards a pass is cheaper.
Daytime programme is open to everyone; under 12 goes free with an accompanying adult. The night programme is 18+ with ID at the door.
Race entries include a bib, chip timing and a finisher item. The 10K, the Family 5K and the Half Marathon have limited capacity, so entries close as soon as they sell out.
Bib pick-up is at the Dock Hub from Saturday 13 September, 12:00 onwards, and stays open until one hour before your start. Bring your confirmation mail and an ID.
Yes, up to 72 hours before your start and subject to availability. Switching to a longer distance costs the price difference; downgrades are not refunded.
You earn Coins by checking in at sessions, running races and completing challenges during the week. Spend them in the shop or on upgrades — they never expire during the festival week.
Coins stay on your own account, but you can pool them inside a crew of up to six people to unlock a shared reward in the community shop.

Press and content creators can apply until one week before the festival. Choose 'Press' in the form and add your outlet plus a link to recent work.
